The Canada-European Union Comprehensve Economic and Trade Agreement (CETA) took effect September 22. Johns Hopkins Univeristy’s Centers for Transatlantic Relations and for Canadian Studies co-host CTR Visiting Fellow Professor Joris Larik of the University of Leiden and Daniel Schwanen, Vice President for Research with the C.D. Howe Institute in Toronto discuss the innovations and implications of this new agreement for trade with the United States and Britain post-Brexit.
