The Austrian Marshall Plan Foundation Fellowships in Central European Studies enable outstanding scholars to conduct research on important issues related to the United States, Europe and World Order at the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced International Studies (SAIS) in Washington, D.C.

One Fellowship for the academic year September 2018-May 2019 is available. Deadline for applications is March 30, 2018.

The Paul H. Nitze School for Advanced International Studies (SAIS) is pleased to announce the opportunity for outstanding scholars to conduct research in Washington, DC on ”The United States, Europe, and Global Order.”

During the academic year 2018-2019 six post-doctoral fellowships will be awarded for an eleven (11) month period from September 2018 to July 2019. Deadline for applications is April 15, 2018.

 

In addition, short term fellowships of up three (3) months are available anytime between September 2018 to June 2019. Applications are accepted anytime on a rolling basis.

Fellows are integrated into research, training, and outreach activities at SAIS. Each Fellow is expected to complete a research paper during the period of residence according to the terms of the assignment entered into with the Foundation.
